Go to admin settings and scroll down to API, click on API settings

Create and copy the API key and paste it inside UChat.
Integrating Webhook
After getting a verified status inside UChat, you will need to copy the webhook back into Freshchat.

Choosing Correct Channel
You may have the wrong channel by default. Inside UChat, click on Change Channel Id button
