Template URL can’t be opened - 404 error
If there is any issue said the template generate can’t be open or installed, and it is showing 404 error, if you check the template url. it is in the format like below
https://.portal.uchat.com.au/ijkkdllklkdlk239988
Issue like this is because the subdomain or custom domain isn’t set up in the white label settings.
One of the workspace don’t have My bot template in my content
Partner can customerize the feature that is available for the plans.
Sometimes the features is related to each other.
For example, if the user disabled “Template store”, but keep “My content - My Bot Templates”, and then even “My Content - My Bot Template” is enabled, but it will still affect the settings.

Email still sending from UChat domain?!
If you find the email(welcome email, forgot password, invite team member) still sending to from UChat domain, don’t worry!
Make sure below 2 things:
You have set up SMTP profile in your main partner workspace, and it’s verified. Please click and save again, and it will re-validate the data.
Select the email SMTP in the “White label settings” → “White label settings”.

If it’s not sending from your own domain, it must be one of the above two reasons.
What happens to your existing customers if you cancel your partner subscription?
If you ever decide to cancel your partner subscription, we can offer to migrate your existing customers to UChat if they want to.
However, they need to subscribe to our official pricing. Reach out to support if you need help with this.
If you failed the monthly partner payment, your main workspace will downgrade to the free plan, but your customers will still have access to your sub domain(if you still have enough partner credit for them to renew the plan).
Customer plan expired because no enough credit, What should you do?
If your customer’s plan expired(because we can’t renew their workspace after tried 3 times after the billing date), what should you do next?
Usually this happens because of no enough partner credit, and when it’s time for us to renew your client’s workspace, we can do that.
We will keep trying 3 times, one for each day after the billing date, if we can’t do that, their workspace will be expired and downgrade to the free plan.
You should add partner credits, and then wait for max 1 day for the refresh/update of workspace. We will check and update your client’s workspace back to the previous plan every day 8pm at Melbourne time.
In the future, if you want to prevent this from happening, you should turn on the auto-top option, and make sure your card is working.
