Inbound Webhook Limits
You can now increase the timeout period limit of your external requests webhooks by purchasing an add-on. The current external timeout webhook limit is 15 seconds500/day.
Add-On
You can increase the timeout limit by 10 seconds for 20$ each. Follow the below structure for webhook limit expansion:
500/day - Included ~~ 15K requests/per month
1000/day - $20 per month ~~ 30K requests/per month
2000/day - $40 per month ~~ 60K requests/per month
3000/day - $60 per month ~~ 90K requests/per month
4000/day - $80 per month ~~ 120K requests/per month
5000/day - $100 per month ~~ 150K requests/per month
10000/day - $200 per month ~~ 300K requests/per month
For example, if you want to increase the limit by 30 seconds3k, then change the quantity to 3 and it will cost you 60$.

API request Rate limits Add-on
UChat API rate limits by default is 1000 request per hour. This should be enough for most cases.
If you need to increase the API request rate limits, the price will be $100 per month for every 1000 request per hour increase.
You can submit a ticket to our support, and we will share the payment links through email.
Extra Nodes Add-on
By default, UChat offer 2000 nodes, if you need extra nodes, the cost is $20 per month for every 1000 nodes extra. You will need to contact support at ticket@uchat.com.au for the payment.
