Once you choose the flow builder theme, then all the new workspace created under your custom domain will use that theme by default.

System Email Profile

This settling allow you to set up a default email SMTP profile for all the workspaces under your own custom domain.

You need to set up email SMTP profile in your main UChat partner workspace. Once it’s set up, you need to select that email profile in this setting, and then in every workspace under your custom domain, if your customer want to use the “send email” action or Email notifications, they will see the default email smtp option like screenshot below:

Free Trial Options

Default Country Code

Allows you to set the default country code at the bot user creation for all clients under your partner domain.

Default Timezone

Sets the default timezone for new workspaces created under Partner domain for easier configuration across all partner clients.

S3 Storage

This setting allows you to set your S3 connection as the default storage for all clients under your Partner domain. Partner’s S3 will be utilized and different folders for each client will be created and consumed for storing client data

This allows partners to overcome the 1gb limit offered by UChat’s object storage by default and also helps store media such as voice messages, images etc.

Once the setting is enabled, all the media files from meta channel(Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp) are going to be stored into the S3 storage(the default account is the S3 setting in your partner main workspace)
