This is the feature that allow partners to release the new updates from the platform to their customers.

It’s located in the “white label settings” → Partners Settings → What’s New.

If you login, you will find all the updates that UChat have been releasing, you will find the title, description & reference screenshot or videos.

Add new entry

If you change the status to show, and of course you can make the changes of the title, screenshot, etc by using your own words.

Also you can also hide certain features you don’t want to release(That’s the default setting).

Also you can add the new entry to replace our default updates or totally release your own new feature & updates.

You can choose the different styles, and choose the entry you want to highlight(it will be bolded).

Also you can add URL, which can be an online image or help documentation or video link.


How to make the changes show on your dashboard?

For the partners, even you activate to show the changes or add your own entry, these settings will still not activated.

You will need to purchase the “Dashboard” add-on, and you can find the add-on at “Partner settings” → Custom Addon.

Once it’s purchased, this add-on will be activated immediately, and you can click the settings, and then click “Card - Whats New” to show the card.

Also after you make the changes, you will need to save or apply the changes.

Then this new section of - What’s New will show up to the dashboard of all the workspaces under your own custom domain!
