Request Sandbox Workspace
UChat offer sandbox workspace you can test with UChat partner API. If you are upgrading or downgrading workspaces, If you are calling sandbox workspace ID, it will not deduce any of your partner credits.
Your partner credit can’t be 0 when you are testing with sandbox!
If you need to get a sandbox workspace, you can create a workspace under your own custom domain, and then send the workspace ID to our support email at ticket@uchat.com.au
We will convert your workspace into Sandbox within 24 hours.
The workspace will need to be under your partner domain, otherwise we can’t convert them into sandbox workspace.

Template URL can’t be opened - 404 error
If there is any issue said the template generate can’t be open or installed, and it is showing 404 error, if you check the template url. it is in the format like below
https://.portal.uchat.com.au/ijkkdllklkdlk239988
Issue like this is because the subdomain or custom domain isn’t set up in the white label settings.
One of the workspace don’t have My bot template in my content
Partner can customerize the feature that is available for the plans.
Sometimes the features is related to each other.
For example, if the user disabled “Template store”, but keep “My content - My Bot Templates”, and then even “My Content - My Bot Template” is enabled, but it will still affect the settings.
Email still sending from UChat domain?!
If you find the email(welcome email, forgot password, invite team member) still sending to from UChat domain, don’t worry!
Make sure below 2 things:
You have set up SMTP profile in your main partner workspace, and it’s verified. Please click and save again, and it will re-validate the data.
Select the email SMTP in the “White label settings” → “White label settings”.
If it’s not sending from your own domain, it must be one of the above two reasons.e
