If you go to your billings, and select the partner plan, and type “OneWeekFree” at the coupon code area, and then you will get 7 days free trial of our partner plan.

After you subscribed, we won’t charge your card for 7 days.

And you will see the white label settings after 5 or 10 mins, or you can log out and log back in to clear out the caching.

If you already get access of the white label settings, you can easily set up your white label settings by following the first onboarding video below:

UChat offers 14 days free trial, you can get access to all pro features. And everything about our partner program is documented in this help documentation.

So no refund will be offered if you join our partner program, also we do offer 7 days free trial with the coupon code “OneWeekFree” for the partner plan.

But you can cancel anytime right in your workspace. Upon cancellation, you won’t get access to the white label settings, and also you won’t be able to manage workspaces under your custom domain.

Any paid workspace under your custom domain will still work if you still have credit in your “wallet”.

The paid workspace will be downgraded to a free plan if no credit is available with 3 days' overdue notice.
