Up to 5,000 users: $5/month per 1,000 users.
Above 5,000 users: $20/month per 10,000 users.

Individual Bot per Channel: This approach offers greater control over customization for each platform. However, managing multiple bots can be more complex.
OmniChannel Bot: Integrate up to 8 channels into a single bot for streamlined management and unified conversation flow creation.

When integrating SMS or Voice channels into UChat, it is crucial to have an SMS or Voice service provider. The UChat platform offers integration with various reliable providers, such as:
Twilio:
Supports Voice, SMS, and WhatsApp flows.
SignalWire:
Supports Voice and SMS flows.
Telnyx:
Supports only SMS flows.
Message Media:
Supports only SMS flows.
Vudu Mobile:

Refund policy
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected.
That's why we offer a refund policy for our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund.
Please note that the refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase, and it's only valid for the 1st month of your subscription. There will be 10% transaction fee for the refunds.
We want to make the refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team and they will be happy to assist you.
FAQs & common questions
How to purchase more bot users?
If you are on our business monthly plan, you don’t need to purchase bot users. Because it’s on auto scale. We will automatically charge you at the billing date for the usage of that month. Please note, it’s charged based on the max bot users in the current billing cycle.
If you need extra bot, you just need to create the bot directly. It will prompt you the extra charges ($10 per month for every extra bot).
