UChat offers three tiers catering to different user requirements:
Free ($0/month)
Ideal for beginners.
This plan includes:
1 chatbot
Capacity for 200 users
Basic features
14-day free trial of PRO features
Business ($15/month)
Perfect for established businesses.
This plan includes:
1 chatbot with access to all OmniChannel Bot functionalities
Capacity for 1,000 Bot users
5 team member seats
Unlimited automations and conversations
Access to all PRO features
Partner ($199/month)
Geared towards marketing agencies and digital marketers.
This plan includes:
Full white labeling capabilities (your own domain and branding)
Custom pricing and 100% profit retention
Complete customization options
Priority support
Unlimited workspaces under your custom domain
Free main workspace: We will offer 1 main workspace for partners, you will have 5 bots, 10,000 bot users & 5 members in this workspace. Please note if you add extra bots, or members, extra charges will be applied.

Notes:
Bot Users are all the leads that have registered within any workspace on the UChat platform, regardless of whether they have interacted with a bot or not.
Prices listed exclude taxes.

Bot User Pricing
Bot User Pricing (Business Plan)
The Business Plan includes 1,000 bot users in the base price. If you exceed this limit, an extra bot user usage cost will apply.
How bot users are counted
Your total bot users is based on the maximum number of bot users reached during your billing period (not the average).
📌 Example:
If your bot users peak at 8,000 during the month but later drop to 2,000, your usage is still counted as 8,000.
Extra bot user usage pricing
Once you exceed the included 1,000 bot users, additional usage is billed in two tiers:
Tier 1: Up to 5,000 additional users
$5 per 1,000 users
Tier 2: Beyond 5,000 additional users
$20 per 5,000 users
How it works
First 1,000 users → included in base price
Next 5,000 users → $5 per 1,000
Beyond that → $20 per 5,000

Remaining 9,000 → billed as 2 blocks of 5,000 → $40

Important notes
Extra usage is rounded up to the nearest billing block.
Charges are based on your peak usage during the billing period, not average usage.
Partial blocks are billed as full blocks.
This cost is separate from your Business Plan base price.
Refund policy
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected.
That's why we offer a refund policy for our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund.
Please note that the refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase, and it's only valid for the 1st month of your subscription. There will be 10% transaction fee for the refunds.
We want to make the refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team and they will be happy to assist you.
FAQs & common questions
How to purchase more bot users?
If you are on our business monthly plan, you don’t need to purchase bot users. Because it’s on auto scale. We will automatically charge you at the billing date for the usage of that month. Please note, it’s charged based on the max bot users in the current billing cycle.
If you need extra bot, you just need to create the bot directly. It will prompt you the extra charges ($10 per month for every extra bot).
