Free ($0/month)
Ideal for beginners.
This plan includes:

Capacity for 200 users
Basic features
14-day free trial of PRO features
Business ($15/month)
Perfect for established businesses.
This plan includes:
1 chatbot with access to all OmniChannel Bot functionalities
Capacity for 1,000 Bot users
5 team member seats
Unlimited automations and conversations
Access to all PRO features
Partner ($199/month)
Geared towards marketing agencies and digital marketers.
This plan includes:
Full white labeling capabilities (your own domain and branding)
Custom pricing and 100% profit retention
Complete customization options
Priority support
Unlimited workspaces under your custom domain
Free main workspace: We will offer 1 main workspace for partners, you will have 5 bots, 10,000 bot users & 5 members in this workspace. Please note if you add extra bots, or members, extra charges will be applied.

Notes:
Bot Users are all the leads that have registered within any workspace on the UChat platform, regardless of whether they have interacted with a bot or not.
Prices listed exclude taxes.
Flexible Add-ons
Enhance your chosen plan's capabilities with these optional add-ons:
Additional Bot: Expand your chatbot network.
Business Plan: $10/month per additional bot.
Partner Plan: $5/month per additional bot.
Additional Member: Add more team members to manage your account.
Business Plan: $10/month per additional member.
Partner Plan: $5/month per additional member.
Additional Bot Users: Increase the number of users who can interact with your chatbots. Pricing varies based on user volume:
Up to 5,000 users: $5/month per 1,000 users.
Above 5,000 users: $20/month per 10,000 users.
Refund policy
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected.
That's why we offer a refund policy for our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund.
Please note that the refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase, and it's only valid for the 1st month of your subscription. There will be 10% transaction fee for the refunds.
We want to make the refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team and they will be happy to assist you.
