Clients

In this tab, you will see all the clients under your partner domain. and you can search the clients by free & paid workspaces.

Also you can search the client by name, ID & email.

In the client list page, you will find the number of free workspace & paid workspace for each customer.

If you are login from your own partner domain, you will see the “impersonate” button, you can login your client’s workspace through that.

This impersonate will works for the owner & admin member of your main partner workspace.

This impersonate option is only available if partner login from their own partner domain.

Impersonate - God Mode for UChat Partners

With this update, you will be able to get access to the backend of the workspace that under your custom domain.

Step 1: You need to login your master workspace(the one that have white label settings) from your own custom domain.

After you login, go to White label settings, and then select “Clients”

You will see the screenshot below:

If you click “Impersonate”, then you will be asked to confirm the access, if you confirm to continue, you will get access to your client’s workspace.

You will notice there is a hight yellow from the top right corner.
