By default, UChat offer help documentation & tooltip at most of the settings, integration and flow builder actions.

If you see the information icon like the screenshot below

If you put your mouse hover in the flow builder action, you will see the help documentation popup, all these will link to UChat offical help documentation or video tutorial.

But as the white label partners, you don’t want to use our default documentation or links, because it might contain UChat branding or redirect to UChat offical help documentation.

Hide UChat Video & Docs

You can find the “Video and docs links in Tooltips” in the “white label settings” → White label settings.

Open

You can turn this off, and put the setting into “hide” mode.

Once the setting is set to hide, then all the tutorial link & help docs will not show anything.

Set up your own help documentation

You can find the “Tooltip” setting in the “White label settings” → Partner settings.

You will find all the help docs links and images or videos in the below screenshot.

If you click “Edit” in every entry, you will see the below settings.

You can change the status to Hidden, then this entry will be hidden. If you change the status to Custom, and then you can make the changes to your own title, description, and your own help documentation.
