Chatwoot Live Chat

Integrating With UChat

From your dashboard, click on the integrations section and scroll down to the livechat tab, and select chatwoot.

Open

Fetching Domain

For most users, this will be https://app.chatwoot.com unless you have chatwoot selfhosted, in that case it will be the domain of your server.

Fetching Account ID

From your chatwoot dashboard, go to your settings tab and into account settings to fetch Account ID

Fetching Access Token

Click on your user profile icon, then select profile settings from there. Then scroll to the very bottom to fetch Access token.

Fetching Inbox Identifier

Go to Inboxes tab from the Settings section and click on the gear icon of the inbox you want to integrate with UChat.

Click on the configurations tab and copy the Inbox identifier

Integrating Webhook Inside Chatwoot

Once done, click on save, and Inside Uchat, you should be able to see a webhook now:

Copy this webhook and go back to the inbox tab, under the settings, paste the webhook and click on save.

Using Chatwoot Livechat

You should be able to use chatwoot livechat once the bot is paused and the agent is notified. The following setup can be used to trigger the transition.

And you should be able to send the messages to the user from Chatwoot livechat
