What is this?

Most of the partner don’t need this. But if you are trying to embed your partner subdomain into any other platform, like your own CRM or Project Management system, and then when you iframe your partner domain, you may see the error.

By default, we don’t allow the partner domain to be iframed.

With this add-on, we will manually change the permission for your partner domain, and then you can iframe the live chat URL or your whole platform in the other platforms.

For example,

Let’s say you have a project management platform or CRM platform. You want to live chat the contacts with UChat or your own partner domain.

In the contact list page, you can get the user’s phone number, and then you can call UChat API to get the userNS, and then get the live chat URL.

Now, you want to open this live chat URL right in your own CRM platform.
If you don’t have the iframe add-on activated for your partner domain, the live chat URL can’t be opened correctly.

But if you have this iframe add-on, the live chat URL can be correct opened, and then you can live chat with the contact right inside of your own platform.
