UChat support multiple languages, you can find more detail here.

But sometime, our partner have their own “languages”, for example, they want to call the bot users = contacts, they want to call the “bot” = “ A.I Agents”.

We can’t allow these personalization translation in our offical language support. Because different partner will have their own translations.

But you can use this translation add-on to change a few key in our offical language. It will only active for all workspaces under your own custom domain.

This do support multiple language, you just need to create the entry, and select the language you want to change.

Once the translation is updated.

You will need to logout and then log back in to see the effect. We do have caching system in place to increase the speed, so it might take a few minutes to see the final translation take effect.
