Padding: Adjust the internal spacing (margins) of sent and received messages, allowing control for each side (top, bottom, left, right).
Sent and Received Messages: Control the specific style for messages sent by the user or received from support.

In addition to colors and styles, the Live Chat Theme Addon offers extra options:
Image: You can upload a custom image that will appear on the right side of the chat interface when no conversation is selected. This image helps personalize the interface, giving users a welcoming visual.
Text: You can customize the message that appears alongside the image when no chat is selected. By default, it says, "Hello there! You haven't selected any chat." This message can be tailored to better fit your brand voice or provide instructions to the user.

Save the changes made.
Reload the chat to verify that the new settings have been applied.
If any adjustment does not appear immediately, save again and reload the interface.
